Close up of track rod detail. The collars are sold as drill depth stops. The inner pair clamp the rod with grub screws. The outer ones have a tag welded on to take a regular brake pinch bolt. They are free to swivel around the rod.
Note the cable tensioner on the left. This is another piece of the same tube used for the track rod threaded both ends for a couple of BMX brake adjusters.
